Son and gifted pupil of Edmond ROUDNITSKA, one of the world most famous perfumers, Michel ROUDNITSKA continues the family tradition. Always in search of perfection, he is taking the creative workshop Art & Parfum, synonymous with quality and prestige since its foundation in 1946, to new heights in the quest for beauty and harmony, while maintaining the uncompromising standards to which his father dedicated his life and work. "Art & Parfum", while currently continuing to serve the most exclusive Fragrance Houses (Christian Dior, Marcel Rochas, Hermes, etc,) with such timeless creations as "Eau Sauvage", "Diorella", "Diorissimo", "Moustache" and "Eau d'Hermes", remains faithful to excellence and innovative vocation, that the company has deliberately chosen over quantity.In order to better defend the artistic dimension of the perfume, Michel ROUDNITSKA will dedicate himself to the concept of signed « parfum d’auteur » working mostly for "niche" brands.
So in June 2000, his first fragrance "Noir Epices" is launched by "Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle" jointly with « Parfum de Thérèse », his father's posthumous masterpiece.
In 2002, he composes, with the new brand "Parfums DelRae" from San Francisco, a high range line of perfumes specially conceived for the USA : Eau Illuminée, Amoureuse, Bois de Paradis, followed by "Début" in 2004. These fragrances are now distributed in Europe.
Still on the American luxury market, he creates in 2007/2008 with Jessica Dune two new perfumes: « Ellie » and "Ellie Nuit". "Émotionnelle" the 5th DelRae perfume is launched in November 2008 in Europ.
